Dinner: 19:30 - 21:00 In the evening the Restaurant will serve dinner, with the possibility to choose between Fixed Menu of Half Board or order from the à la carte Menu. The Chef will propose every day typical dishes of our territory, classic and international; to match with an extensive wine list.
In the summer the dinner will be served at the Panoramic room HolidaY; is the restaurant of the Hotel HolidaY****, our four-star hotel on the shores of the lake, a place where the typical cuisine of Bolsena and regional triumphs: traditional pasta recipes, fresh fish, the local meats, without forgetting the typical vegetables of our volcanic soils at km 0. It is the summer restaurant by the pool of the Boutique Hotel Ludwig. A place with a relaxed atmosphere, thanks to the colors of the garden and the view of the pool overlooking the lake, ideal for a lunch between a dip and another. Open in the summer period (June/September) for lunches, offers a Menu with light dishes and salads, Healty Bowl, Poke and more.
