It is the summer restaurant by the pool of the Boutique Hotel Ludwig. A place with a relaxed atmosphere, thanks to the colors of the garden and the view of the pool overlooking the lake, ideal for a lunch between a dip and another. Open in the summer period (June/September) for lunches, offers a Menu with light dishes and salads, Healty Bowl, Poke and more.

Dinner: 19:30 - 21:00 In the evening the Restaurant will serve dinner, with the possibility to choose between Fixed Menu of Half Board or order from the à la carte Menu. The Chef will propose every day typical dishes of our territory, classic and international; to match with an extensive wine list.
In the summer the dinner will be served at the Panoramic room HolidaY; is the restaurant of the Hotel HolidaY****, our four-star hotel on the shores of the lake, a place where the typical cuisine of Bolsena and regional triumphs: traditional pasta recipes, fresh fish, the local meats, without forgetting the typical vegetables of our volcanic soils at km 0.
